I enjoy creating a safe environment by having open and honest conversations with my clients. I am committed to gently opening up the truths that need to be heard or said out loud to begin healing. I am the professional, but you are the client; this is your life, and I simply want to help you reach your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am a therapist because what is more important than people? We are each so precious and special in our own way. You matter. It is a privilege to be a therapist. We live in a special time as mental health is becoming prioritized and acknowledged. Let's prioritize and acknowledge you as well.

My goals for you

I begin by listening to my client's needs and strengths. I believe it is important for you to feel understood, heard, and known. My promise to my client's is to be just as committed to the process as you are. I hope to empower you to reach your goals!

Our first session

The nature of a first session is to get information about what brought you to therapy and how I can help. Sometimes, that can be a very heavy topic of discussion. You can cry. You can be shy. By the end of the first session, my hope is that you will feel heard, hopeful, and excited to start your therapy journey.
