I am friendly, outgoing, and down-to-earth. I am able to make people feel welcome and comfortable about opening up about their personal lives to me.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am clean and sober with working knowledge of the 12 steps. I am a survivor of domestic violence. My father was an alcoholic, my mother was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and I have seven brothers. I have done this work and am now happy, joyous, and free. I want to share my experience, strength, and hope to show others how to thrive.

I work with each client and or family individually and set reasonable and realistic short and long-term goals.

Our first session

Our first session will be to discuss your expectations and for me to get to know you/your family and for us to build a rapport with each other.
