I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating personal struggles and life transitions. I help with depression, anxiety, panic, coping skills, stress, relationship issues, social and behavioral concerns, grief, and adjustment challenges.

My approach

My approach is client-centered, meeting you with empathy, non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard. I work collaboratively with you to set clear goals, utilizing techniques that include CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, DBT, ACT, and Solution Focused Therapy.
