My journey to mental healthcare

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with diverse experience in child welfare, crisis response, supporting incarcerated individuals, and providing therapeutic care to those facing terminal illness and their families. I love working with people and being able to provide the toolkit while watching my clients' transformation take place.

During our first session, I will take the time to explain my therapeutic approach and provide answers to any questions you have about the therapy process or my experience. I also want to learn about who you are, what brings you to therapy, and your goals. I want to be able to create rapport and a safe environment for you.
