I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in individual therapy for adults using an integrated approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client. I have worked in various settings with diverse clients, including both long-term and brief interventions.

My approach is different for every person, as each person comes with a different perspective shaped by life experiences. I utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive counseling, Family Systems therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches, Multicultural frameworks, Trauma Focused interventions, Existential therapy, and Person-Centered techniques.
My focus
I specialize in treating anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, depression, divorce, family conflict, life transitions, job stress, mood disorders, issues affecting older adults, relationship issues, sleep or insomnia, stress, chronic illness, panic attacks, substance use, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues. I am willing to see individuals in my practice.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California with a specialization in mental health. I received two undergraduate degrees, a BA in Psychology and Communications, from the University of New Hampshire. My clinical experience has been formed working at McLean Hospital, UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital in/outpatient, UCLA Medical Center trauma team, UCLA-Harbor Hospital conducting individual and group therapy, The Rape Foundation at Santa Monica Hospital, and The Center for Healthy Aging. I was a member of Dr. Jill Hooley's research team at Harvard, and I am published in Psychiatric Services. I also have a business background which offers me a unique perspective.
