Hi there, I'm Brid!

I am an LCSW living in Chico, California, and working with clients throughout the state. I work with adults and specialize in supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and a myriad of life transitions, stressors, and traumas. I utilize a strength-based approach to assist you in getting to where you would like to be.

My journey to mental healthcare

My career as an LCSW has allowed me the opportunity to support individuals through many of the most memorable moments of their lives. Supporting individuals through daunting experiences of grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions is important to me. In the toughest times, there can still be hope.
