My communication style

My communication styles vary by topic that we are discussing. I can go from lighthearted comedic and fun to somber calm and peaceful. People find it easy to talk with me and open up to me about difficult topics.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider began as a child when I realized that many adults did not listen to children. I vowed to be the voice children could listen to and ask anything of in their time of need. Once I began working with adults I realized that all of us are still struggling with our childhood issues as well.

My goals for you

I will help you reach your goals by creating a plan together that will include small steps toward big changes. I always review and reevaluate your goals and plans as needed.

Our first session

The first session with me is like talking to an old friend. The conversation flows easily and you will feel heard and understood immediately. I once had a little boy who did not want to come to therapy tell his mom "I don't know how she did it she got me to tell her things" because the conversation was so smooth and easy, he opened up without fear.
