A native New Yorker who grew up mostly in the San Fernando Valley, I graduated from New York University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Drama in 2001, and earned my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California in 2009.

My combination of education and personal application of psychology, sociology, and spirituality has reduced my negative self-perceptions and increased skills that are passed on to my clients.
