My journey to mental healthcare

For over two decades, I've been passionate about helping people heal from abusive relationships and reclaim their sense of self. This work drives me to create spaces where clients can rebuild their lives with confidence and hope.

Together, we focus on short-term objectives that empower you to take an active role in therapy, fostering autonomy, self-awareness, and confidence to become the person you aspire to be.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll start with a brief introduction. We'll discuss your past therapy experiences or, if this is your first time, I'll explain the overall goal of psychotherapy. Then we'll explore your expectations, goals, needs, and wants to create a tailored plan for our work together.
