My work over the years has given me the great opportunity to provide a healing and safe environment for my clients. My approach is one of flexibility and sensitivity to each individual. I offer honest, thoughtful, and respectful feedback, along with warmth, humor, compassion, and guidance.

My focus

I specialize in supporting adults, young adults, teens, and pre-teens who want to understand themselves and gain clarity to make lasting changes in their lives. I also specialize in working with families to understand and navigate the special education IEP and 504 process.

My approach

I help people discover and use their existing resources, ideas, and experiences to enhance their well-being. Therapy is based on our mutual efforts; together, we can discover how changes can be made and emotional health restored.

My communication style

I have open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm, patient, and caring.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
