I find my style is a good fit for people who are curious about their personal thoughts and feelings. I am a second-generation Chinese-American, and I work with people who struggle with cultural and family dynamics, pressures of work or school, or who are going through challenging life transitions. I work with teens, young adults, and above.

My approach to therapy includes exploring the foundations of relationships established in the individual's past and how they relate to the self and connection with others. I collaborate with the client to understand the power of awareness and mindfulness to create new patterns.
