My communication style

I believe in being a warm and inviting person that my clients can come to speak to without judgment or harshness. I believe I would do a disservice to my clients if I am not transparent and honest when I need to be, but in the most warm and loving way.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist in middle school and confirmed that desire in high school after taking an AP Psychology course. Middle school was a dark and scary time after experiencing some trauma of my own, where all I wanted was to have a safe space to talk about the many emotions I was experiencing.

My goals for you

I work with you from the beginning to set clear, concise goals for therapy so that sessions feel purposeful and meaningful.

Our first session

The first session is about telling your story and what brings you into therapy so I can better understand how to support you. I want you to feel heard and supported, without judgment.
