I'm passionate about helping clients where they are at. My approach is warm, compassionate, and supportive, and I hold a safe space for you to express yourself as you work through challenges.

My focus

I work with teens and adults on depression, Bipolar, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harming, relationship issues, parenting issues, trauma, anger, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges.

My approach

I focus on building trust so you feel safe to open up. I use Gestalt Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, examining how thoughts connect to behavior. I also draw from trauma-focused, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches. When faith is important to you, I integrate that into our work.

I'm warm and inviting, creating a space without judgment or harshness. I believe in being transparent and honest in the most loving way. I ask thought-provoking questions that gently challenge you to think through problems and arrive at solutions. You can expect warmth and support.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to become a therapist after experiencing my own challenges and realizing I needed a safe space to talk. I wanted to be that safe space for others. Listening and offering support has always given me a sense of purpose. I'm driven to be a light of hope for those who need it.
