I work to empower people to reflect on solutions and well-being on their terms. I utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing, storytelling, and native ways to wellness as my toolbox.

My focus

I have a background in working with fathers and male-identifying clients with anxiety and trauma responses. As well as clients focused on managing anger.

My approach

My approaches to wellness are employed via a native wellness lens of interconnection, utilizing Gestalt-inspired approaches, solution-focused goals, and motivational interviewing, as well as Cognitive behavioral therapy and somatic mindfulness.

My communication style

The environment I like to cultivate with wellness seekers is a place of affirmation and empowerment. A space where you feel sanctuary, compassion, and comfort on your journey toward well-being.

My journey to mental healthcare

I embarked on a mental health and social work journey specifically with vulnerable youth, homeless parolees, and children and families. Having survived a turbulent upbringing, I am inspired to pay it forward to children and families in need. I am inspired when I inspire wellness to grow within.

My goals for you

Goal-setting design is always elicited via client direction. The participant will navigate their path to wellness with support from their team. Goal setting will be tailored to the participant's needs accordingly.

Our first session

During your initial session, you will be encouraged to speak your thoughts and areas of focus in a judgment-free and supportive space. I will also take the opportunity to provide you with my background and approach to wellness in order for you to determine if I am the right match for you.
