My journey to mental healthcare

I recall wanting to become a counselor from a young age. I am altruistic by nature, looking to help others. As a mother, I learned to problem solve, looking for solutions to bring about comfortable change. I spent years as an in-home daycare provider supporting parents with caring for and parenting their children.

My goals for you

As we get to know each other and choose to work together, we can decide what concerns you want to address that you feel can bring you the most comfort.

Our first session

Our initial session is a time to get to know one another. Therapy works best when we feel safe, to be honest, and vulnerable. I am genuine, what you see is who I am, and I truly look forward to getting to know and understand you.
