My goals for you
My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, build healthy coping skills, improve your relationships, and ultimately lead a more fulfilling life. Together, we'll identify your strengths, set achievable goals, and work towards creating lasting, positive change.
My first session with you
During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your background and experiences, and begin to establish a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding. I'll listen attentively to your concerns, answer any questions you may have about the therapy process, and collaboratively develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
