Hi there, I'm Vittorio!

I help people from all walks of life, including veterans, first responders, former inmates, at-risk youth, and those with alternative lifestyles. I've worked extensively with mental health and addiction issues. My goal is to connect with your humanity and help you feel better, do better, and be happy.

I work with non-traditional clients, including veterans, first responders, former inmates, at-risk youth, and those with alternative sexualities or lifestyles. At the end of the day, the most important thing is connecting with your humanity when helping you, not classifying your type.

My approach

I'm fundamentally client-centered and aim for resolution of your presenting problems while helping you achieve personal growth. I use whatever interventions best address your specific needs, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. This eclectic approach allows me to customize your treatment rather than defaulting to a cookie-cutter method.

My communication style

Clients describe me as compassionate but straight-shooting and often blunt, with the ability to get profoundly deep in a minimally traumatic manner. I look out for your best interest, but I won't BS you. If a therapist cannot have an honest rapport with their clients, the odds of successful therapy drop drastically.

Everybody hurts, no matter their background, and everybody deserves to feel good and achieve the best in life. I want to help people who want to change their lives. I understand what it feels like to be different, and I view difference as a great strength that gives you the potential for greatness.

I will generally listen, with directing questions to make certain I understand your needs as much as possible. I will also help you put your anxiety, fears, or misconceptions about starting therapy to rest.
