I have a passion for helping others find healing and growth in their lives and in their relationships. I have a great deal of experience working with grief, loss, and trauma issues.

My focus

I love helping people discover ways to improve and heal from the issues they are dealing with. I am very comfortable working with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, grief, and loss issues.

My approach

I often use a blend of approaches in my practice, including psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Mindfulness approaches.

I want our time to be productive but comfortable. I will always strive to make my clients feel welcome, comfortable, and safe in our time together.

My goals for you

Goal setting often depends on the needs and situation at hand. But I feel it is important to always have a primary goal we are working towards in therapy.

Our first session

We will review basic "housekeeping" items such as confidentiality, legally mandated reporting, and when confidentiality is broken by a therapist, specifically any danger to self/other situations. I typically spend the first session getting to know my new clients, building rapport and connection with them.
