I mainly focus on working with clients over the age of 18. I unfortunately do not see children, nor do I work with couples.
My approach
I take an approach that views my clients as the experts of their lives, with me in a supporting role. For that reason, I always encourage clients to take the lead in planning goals and approaches to help address their issues.
