Hi there, I'm Shannon!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 17 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, and life's transitions. I understand what it's like to juggle many roles, including being both a therapist and a mom. I'm an Air Force Veteran, mom of 3 boys, and wife to a retired Air Force Reservist.

My focus

I work with individuals ages 13 and up experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the ripple effects of chronic stress or early life developmental trauma. Many of my clients also face challenges like chronic pain or substance misuse, often linked to unresolved trauma.

My approach

I'm trained in brainspotting, a powerful modality that helps clients process and release stored tension/trauma beyond traditional talk therapy. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and practical coping strategies to help you reconnect with calm and confidence, or whatever the issue is that brings you in.
