My communication style

I strive to provide a therapeutic environment that is safe for anyone and everyone to discuss their core issues. While knowing their confidential rights will be protected. In session, I focus on being empathetic and gaining an understanding of a person, couple, or family's needs by asking thought-provoking questions and actively listening.

My journey to mental healthcare

I first began my journey to gain a better understanding of how to have healthier relationships within my own family. While being in a position to contribute to society and be of service to others. I now realize I enjoy seeing people and their families get healthier.

My goals for you

I utilize motivational interviewing and person-centered therapy to work with each client to determine their goals for therapy. Then, I develop a road map to achieve their goals by creating a unique and individual treatment plan. Each plan will have a custom intervention with measurable objectives and goals to determine progress.

Our first session

You'll have time to ask any questions that may help the therapeutic process. I'll work together with you to build a therapeutic alliance and create a safe place to discuss the reason for entering into treatment. By sharing at your own comfort level about yourself and the issues you are facing.
