I work with individuals struggling with anxiety and life transitions, couples unable to communicate, feeling lonely due to a loss of connection, or healing from an infidelity, and families needing to establish healthy boundaries.

My approach

I offer therapy using a variety of treatment modalities. I utilize a combination of CBT, Narrative, and Supportive therapy, along with Relational Life Therapy, Imago, and the Couples Developmental Model.

My communication style

Clients report feeling heard, understood, and supported. Couples feel that I don't take sides and handle their relationship with care. I value building a warm, trusting, and honest relationship with my clients to help them meet their goals.

I like to have a conversation with my clients to determine what their goals are for therapy. Then, I utilize my skills and knowledge to add interventions that complement and advance their goals.

Our first session

The first session is our first get-together, where we begin to establish rapport. Clients sometimes feel nervous, and my goal is to put them at ease, answer their questions, and complete an intake to help me learn more about them.
