My therapy style is collaborative and multifaceted. I most often use Solution-Focused, CBT, and Narrative Therapy. I strive to provide a safe space for you to express yourself so we can work through your challenges together. I empower you to make the best choices for your situation with supportive listening and positive feedback.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have spent time working with children and adolescents through intensive services and transitioned into medical social work, collaborating with patients who suffer from chronic illnesses. I am excited about the transformative and healing work being achieved through current research.
