My journey to mental healthcare

I entered this field to help people struggling with mental health issues, providing them with the assistance they need to live better lives. The support and service I offer can often be life-changing and gives people the comfort and hope they need to overcome their challenges.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is to brainstorm your personal goals, visualize the future, and break them down into manageable steps. We will make a list, set deadlines, and schedule them. We will regularly review and adjust your goals, and celebrate your small wins along the way.

Our first session

During our first session, you'll complete paperwork and assessments to help determine a diagnosis. After that, we'll have a conversation about findings, history, and current and past medications. I will get to know you and understand why you are seeking treatment.
