I provide trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment to children, youths, and families. I am passionate about empowering others to reconnect with themselves and remember they are worthy of peace, love, and well-being. Empathy, self-compassion, and authenticity are at the heart of my practice.

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that incorporates a variety of techniques from CBT, expressive arts, somatic exercises, mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, and other modalities in order to address one's unique individual challenges.

My journey to becoming a therapist goes back to my teenage years, where the presence of a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental individual can make all the difference in one's life. I love empowering others to recognize and utilize their own strengths and witnessing them thrive, heal, and develop a sense of hope for their future.

Clients should expect our first session to be about getting to know each other in order to build our therapeutic relationship and help create a sense of safety within the therapy space. We will work collaboratively to identify goals to address your unique challenges.
