Hi there, I'm Lina!

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor here in California. I have been in the field for 6 years now and have grown a soft spot for working with trauma survivors and neurodivergent individuals. I take great pride in helping people from all walks of life take steps forward in their journey to healing and acceptance.

My focus

I have an extensive history of working with adolescents, trauma, and neurodivergent concerns, and I love every second of it. I have skilled my craft to be warm, nurturing, accepting, and at the same time, honest and real. I enjoy working with all individuals on how to set boundaries with others as well as themselves.

My approach

I have a strong focus on teaching, modeling, and implementing coping and communication skills, and naturally integrating them into our sessions as we process and work through your needs, so it becomes second nature to utilize them in the real world. My compassion and dedication to each individual's needs help me tailor treatment to best suit you.
