Hi there, I'm Kelley!

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where I integrate evidence-based practices to help individuals, couples, and families find their own path to self-fulfillment. My goal is to support you in discovering what works best for your unique journey.

My focus

I work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, have a history of trauma, and who are seeking support with different life challenges. Life can throw different stressors at us in different environments, like work or with friends, and being able to support my clients in decreasing their stress to increase their overall happiness.

My approach

My experiences with diverse populations allow me to use a culturally sensitive lens while following my client's lead to embark on their journey of self-healing. I utilize a variety of approaches, these include, but are not limited to, client-centered therapy, mindfulness therapy, attachment-based therapy, Gottman therapy, and family therapy.
