My focus
I am client-focused, and I meet my clients where they are. I work with clients who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, and psychosis. Many of my clients are survivors of childhood trauma.
My approach
Whatever works best for the client. My theoretical approach is based on psychodynamic theory, and my application is cognitive behavioral therapies (DBT and ACT). I use a combination of modalities to address clients' needs.
