My focus
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, relationship and marital concerns, grief, eating struggles, domestic violence, and major life transitions. I'm passionate about creating an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to do it alone.
My approach
Real change starts with small, steady steps. We'll build a foundation supporting your well-being—sleep, eating, and daily consistency. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, examining how your thoughts, feelings, and actions connect, and gently shifting patterns that aren't serving you.
