Hi there, I'm Cynthia!

I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, grief, life transitions, identity, and trauma. As your therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to freely express yourself, explore your emotions, thoughts, and desires, and find healing and empowerment.

My focus

I work with adults of all ages, with a focus on transitional stages in life, the impacts of trauma, managing stress and anxiety, gender roles and identity, and learning to live a life based on personal values instead of other people's expectations. I am LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodiverse affirming.

My approach

I believe in the mind-body-spirit connection and that each person is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, respect, and non-judgment. Together, we will work collaboratively to tailor our work to your specific needs, challenges, and goals.
