I am a therapist who assists individuals, families, and children with PTSD. It would be an honor to work with you and meet you where you are today.

My focus

I typically work with older youth and adults with chronic PTSD and have a history of trying to manage anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

My approach

My therapeutic application is to hear your story and meet you where you are today. I have a Bowen foundation, and I am EMDR trained. Being culturally sensitive as well, and intertwining those strengths to develop tools that best meet your needs. It would be an honor to hear your story.

My journey to mental healthcare

I initially became interested in law, and when placed in a legal apprenticeship, I found myself working and collaborating with the psychologist versus the lawyer assigned to me. That's when I knew I needed to switch my graduate studies.

Goals are developed with current strengths intertwined and is a joint effort between the client and therapist.

The first session would begin with information gathering to develop an idea of the current family system structure in place and assess strengths and issues of concern.
