Hi there, I'm Rachel!

Hi everyone! I am a clinical social worker ready and willing to work with you to accomplish your therapeutic goals.

My focus

I work with young adults, adults, and older adults who are struggling with regulating their emotions. I can treat a variety of disorders, including adjustment disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and major depressive disorder. I can also work with people struggling with their grief or who are experiencing other difficult life circumstances.

My approach

I combine a variety of approaches, best tailored to fit your needs. I typically use a combination of CBT, DBT, and ACT to teach different ways to address unpleasant thoughts and emotions. For those who have stuck beliefs or a history of challenging life circumstances, I provide EMDR therapy.
