Life is overwhelming at times. And struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, and life transitions doesn't make it any easier. Every so often, it may be a good idea to slow everything down to reflect on what direction we're headed. I work with clients to help them experience more presence and peace during these times.

I work with young to middle-aged adults to help them manage anxiety, depression, relational issues, identity issues, and life transitions. I specialize in helping these clients understand who they are and who they want to become. Clients usually experience a higher sense of self-worth and a more accurate sense of direction in their lives.
My approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in mindfulness, which helps clients become more aware of their internal world. My style also involves helping clients connect past experiences to gain insight into unconscious patterns that manifest themselves in unhealthy ways. It helps clients identify their core issues and make practical conscious changes.
