Starting therapy can feel intimidating at first, yet deeply empowering once you begin the journey. I commend you for taking the first step toward self-discovery and healing. I believe in meeting individuals where they are with compassion, respect, and without judgment, while helping them build resilience, emotional balance, and confidence.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Reality Therapy ( RT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients better understand themselves and gain control over unhelpful thoughts and behavioral patterns. My approach is active, collaborative, and client-centered.
