My communication style

One of my greatest strengths is creating an environment where clients feel genuinely supported, understood, and free from judgment. Many of the individuals I work with are accustomed to “holding it all together,” and I focus on helping them feel safe enough to slow down, reflect, and explore what may be happening beneath the surface.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career as a case manager before transitioning into facilitating groups within Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. Afterwards, I expanded at a Residential Treatment Center (RTC) and currently work in community mental health, where I continue supporting individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

My goals for you

Together, we identify barriers, strengthen coping skills, and develop realistic steps toward meaningful and sustainable change. I lead the sessions to each individual’s needs, whether they are seeking structure, emotional support, skill development, or a space to process life’s challenges and transitions.

Our first session

During our initial sessions, we will explore what brought you to therapy, discuss the goals you hope to achieve, and begin building a foundation for our work together. I believe everyone has a unique story, and I value understanding not only the challenges you’ve faced, but also the strengths and resilience that have helped you along the way.
