Hi there, I'm Sydnor!

Thanks for checking out my profile! I help clients who want to reduce the effects of anxiety, depression, and trauma; receive support as they move through something difficult; change how they relate to other people; and understand themselves better.

My focus

I enjoy working with a wide range of clients. I have extensive experience working with individuals who identify with these communities: lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual people; people navigating their aging process (usually 60+); and people living with chronic illness or caring for someone with a chronic illness.

My approach

First, we'll work together to fully define the challenges you're facing. Then I'll use my clinical training and experience to help us figure out the "why?" Finally, we review different potential solutions and strategies, try them out (in or between sessions), and determine which ones actually work for you.
