I have specialized experience supporting BIPOC communities and helping clients navigate racism, sexism, ableism, and intergenerational trauma. I also work with women moving through life transitions. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed or burned out due to shifting roles, family dynamics, career demands, or relationship struggles.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been curious about human behavior and was raised with a strong sense of community responsibility. Working as a summer camp counselor sparked my passion for supporting youth. I've developed a focus on women's issues and working with BIPOC communities, shaping my commitment to inclusive, compassionate care.

I take a strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach, tailoring therapy to your needs. Tools like CBT or mindfulness can help manage anxiety and depression. When exploring effects of racism, sexism, or homophobia, I use narrative, liberation, and feminist approaches to help you make sense of experiences and feel empowered.
