My communication style

My communication style is compassionate, engaging, and collaborative. I create a safe, compassionate environment where exploration of feelings can occur and where clients can feel comfortable tapping into their emotional truth and vulnerability.

My journey to mental healthcare

I first became interested in therapy when I was in high school. My school offered a peer counseling program, where we offered support to other students. I found that I really loved helping others, and it came naturally to me. I love helping clients bring about positive change in their lives.

My goals for you

I do like to work collaboratively with clients to establish and clarify therapy and life goals together. And then we continue to check in on those goals as we progress together. We identify action steps and specific time frames to continue to move in the right direction toward client goals.

Our first session

During the first session, we will review the clients' history and what issues they want to work on. I will explain more about how I work with clients and answer any questions clients have.
