I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California. I provide a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy. My practice focuses on anxiety, trauma, ADHD, healthy relationships, and problem-solving. I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you can feel heard, validated, and empowered.
My focus
I typically work with school-aged children as young as 4 to teens as old as 19. I aim to help with navigating all that comes with adolescence and transitioning into adulthood. I partner with my clients to explore trauma, anxiety, and social issues and build the necessary skills to navigate life's challenges.
My approach
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of the client. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I try to meet my clients wherever they are and empower them to reach the goals we set forth.
