My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help others and personal experiences. Working with foster youth and families, I focused on trauma-informed treatments. My interest in attachment and complex trauma led me to work with adult parents, showing me therapy's powerful role in family recovery. I'm committed to supporting healing.
