I work with clients struggling with life transitions, grief, depression, identity, anxiety, divorce, postpartum concerns, parenting, and relationship issues. My focus is increasing well-being, growing relational skills, and developing resources for a more meaningful inner and outer life.

My approach is grounded in relational, dynamic, attachment, and mindfulness theories. I work collaboratively with you to understand patterns, develop new skills, and cultivate inner resources for a more integrated and meaningful life.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been curious about relationships, self-exploration, contemplative practices, growth, and healing. I've benefited greatly from my own therapy and feel honored to work collaboratively with clients on their journeys of learning, growth, and healing.

My first question is always, "What brings you into therapy at this time?" I work collaboratively with you to set goals and objectives. We regularly return to review goals and openly track progress together.

Our first session allows you to discuss what brought you to therapy and lets us discern if we're a good fit. I strive to put you at ease and provide a non-judgmental, open space to begin exploring, understanding, developing new skills, and cultivating resources.
