I work with early and mid-career professionals navigating mental health concerns. I believe mental wellness is a process. Often, life encourages us to invest in our outer world at the expense of our inner world. Let me help empower you to develop your mental wellness and enrich your well-being from the inside out.

My focus

I help clients feeling unfulfilled with work or life, having challenges in relationships, or struggling with past childhood or family stress that continues to impact them today. Using evidence-based interventions, I support you in coping with past and present stressors personally, relationally, and professionally.

My approach

I create a warm and supportive environment for you to process life's complexities and learn practical skills to progress toward your mental wellness goals. We'll first meet to understand your needs and co-develop individualized goals. In following sessions, I'll support you with trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally responsive services.
