I know that healing is possible because I myself have benefited from deep therapeutic work that has allowed me to be more authentic and self assured. My goal as your therapist is to help you break through limiting self beliefs and heal the wounds of past trauma via somatic and expressive interventions, rooted in parts work and depth psychology.

My ideal client is someone who is searching for the next level of the authentic expression of who they are. I like to work with clients who are interested in self-development and getting into the roots of why you are who you are.

I am client-centered and kind. I am also direct and will not hesitate to ask you questions that may leave you searching for answers you have not thought of before, as a means of helping you to transform your perspective of yourself. I am also experiential and most enjoy engaging my clients with somatic interventions.
