Hola, my name is Guadalupe Buitron (she/her/ella), and I identify as a first-gen Latina and trauma-informed wellness practitioner.

My focus

Having my own experience as a first-generation Latina, I enjoy working with young adults and adults with a particular focus on girls/women. I have experience serving people from all walks of life. Most clients I serve identify as college students, graduate students, young professionals, therapists, and first-gen Latinx.

My sessions are conversational and strength-based. I believe in highlighting people's strengths and guiding them through discovering their inner selves.

I prioritize my client's comfort level to ensure we create a trusting foundation for our therapeutic relationship. I am the co-pilot of your journey and help you navigate life while teaching you skills to help manage everyday challenges.
