My focus

I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, career transitions, grief and life changes, and panic disorder. I see individuals ages 25 and above.

I am goal-oriented, and together, we will map out a plan tailored to get you the best result possible. I'm passionate about my work and about your success in achieving your goal. I will help you overcome your addiction, build healthy self-esteem, regulate your emotions, and remove blocks impeding your personal growth, career success, or creativity.
