I am a bilingual and bicultural Spanish-speaking clinician. My approach to therapy is cognitively focused and integrative to meet people in my practice where they are. I have experience serving individuals, couples, and families of varied life experiences.

I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who experience trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. I have also treated disorders such as PTSD, OCD, Autism, and ADHD.
My approach
My approach to therapy is person-centered, compassion-focused, and strength-based. I utilize motivational interviewing to support clients desired outcomes and goals. I use an integrative approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and play therapy.
