Clients appreciate my calming nature and warm, practical, and collaborative approach. I work with my clients to create a personalized plan to help support them through life's challenges. I am engaged. I listen, and I reflect. I will ask questions and offer interpretations.

I work collaboratively with you to identify concerns and issues you'd like to focus on. Our goals are based on these identified concerns. I often provide work for you to do at home in between sessions.

We'll work together to identify what matters most to you and set goals based on those concerns. I often provide exercises or reflections for you to explore between sessions, helping you build skills and insights that support lasting change.

Our first session

A first session involves many questions about you, how you cope, and your symptoms. It is a time for us to get to know each other so that I can find out what brought you to therapy and whether I will be able to provide the type of therapeutic approach you are looking for.
