My focus
I work with men, women, and LGBTQIA+ folks treating various mental health challenges. Whether you're facing adjustment issues, grieving a loss, struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, compulsions, relationship or family problems, have trauma history, or want deeper self-exploration, we can work together.
My approach
Because each of us is wonderfully unique, therapy is not one size fits all. I work largely from strengths-based and humanistic orientations. We focus on the here and now, exploring feelings, experiences, and patterns that serve you as well as those that do not. When needed, we look into the past using a psychodynamic framework.
