Hi there, I'm Kathleen!

My approach to therapy involves exploring concrete steps that you can take to address your challenges and achieve your goals. I have experience working with individuals struggling with substance use, mood disorders, relational issues, trauma, and anxiety.

My focus

I am comfortable working with individuals struggling with substance use, mood disorders, relational issues, trauma, and anxiety. I am experienced with adults aged 18 and over through the senior population.

My approach

My approach to therapy is to utilize a solution-focused and client-centered framework that prioritizes the client's autonomy, strengths, and resources. I find that a Cognitive Behavioral approach is useful for many different disorders. I also tend towards using Motivational Interviewing and practical problem-solving.
