I have spent a great deal of time supporting individuals in finding healing and moving forward in reaching their goals. I feel incredibly humbled to be able to come alongside others and be a part of their journey toward healing and wholeness.
My focus
I am willing to see minors (ages 13-17), individuals, and couples. My specialties include working with adolescents/teens, depression, men's issues, sexual addiction, spirituality, and marital/pre-marital counseling.

I tailor my approach to your struggles and to who you are as a person. I work with you to explore solutions that are personally meaningful and have long-term impact. I utilize Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based approaches, and Couples Therapy.
